In order to encourage support for this critical initiative, the UNA-USA East Bay Chapter mobilized funds for a dollar-for-dollar challenge match to its members and supporters to a total of $1,000 USD donated to the fund. The chapter's match was in response to the UNA-USA's COVID-19 Solidarity Challenge.
