In this lecture, Dr. Coicaud addresses the extent and the limits of international solidarity, focusing on the limits. He discusses the United Nations as an international bureaucracy, the socialization of international life by international law, and the ambiguous role of key democratic countries, which are at the same time the underwriters and the underminers of the international system.

Nations + United Nations flag) for rental to add background and
color to local events. The set includes 191 poles and approximately
120 stands. Rent one flag up to the full set, with or without poles and stands. A rental
contract must be completed by the renter prior to the dispensing
of flags.
