"Flags of the World" Contract
The United Nations Association-USA East Bay Chapter
agrees to rent to:

Flags of the United Nations under the following terms and
conditions:
1. Replacement
It is agreed by the Renter that
all costs of replacement will be paid to the UNA-USA East Bay Chapter in the
event of loss or damage to any flags, poles, and/or stands, if these items are
returned in improper condition. Replacement cost will be at current prices
together with shipping charges. The replacement cost per flag is $50.00
minimum.
2. Arrangements
Flags must be reserved at least
3 (three) days before the pick-up date (unless other arrangements have been
made with the Chapter). Flags can be obtained up to 2 (two) days before the
event and must be returned no later than 2
(two) days after the event. Flags are picked up and
returned by appointment only with

b) Fee for

c) A separate security deposit check must accompany the
rental fee check in the appropriate amount. The deposit is: $75 for up to 3
Flags; $250 for more than 5 Flags. Deposit check will be returned after Chapter
has confirmed the satisfactory condition of the rented items.
d) Both checks are to be made out to the East Bay Chapter
UNA. No items rented unless both checks
are in the Chapter's possession.
